Start by going to the Orders section on the sidebar menu within our app. 2. Click on the order for which you wish to create invoices. 1. Print/Download: Choose the Print/download option from the order details page or Print/Download invoices from the Order dropdown page. Print/download on Order detail page Print/download invoice from Orders list By following these steps, you can effortlessly generate the invoices you need. The invoices will be created using Fordeer's default templates. If you wish to customize or alter the information displayed on these invoices, simply navigate to the Customization page in our app. Here, you can modify the templates to better suit your needs. Navigate to the Orders section in the sidebar menu. 2. Click on the specific order you'd like to preview. 1. Voila! You can now preview four types of invoices right from this page: Receipt/Invoice, Packing slip and Refund. But what about previewing draft orders? It's just as straightforward: Previewing Draft Orders: 1. Head to the Orders section in the sidebar menu and select the Draft Orders tab. 1. Click on the draft order you want to preview. 1. Hello Fordeer users, Boost your workflow efficiency with our easy-to-follow guide on printing/downloading invoices. Whether you're working from Shopify admin or directly within the Fordeer app, we've got you covered. How to Print/Download invoices from Shopify admin? 1. From Shopify’s order dropdown Steps to Follow: - In your Shopify admin, navigate to Orders. - Select the order for which you want an invoice by clicking its checkbox. - Click on the three dots for more options. - Select Print/Download invoices with Fordeer. 2. From Shopify’s order detail page Steps to follow: - In your Shopify admin, head to Orders. - Click on the order whose invoice you need. - Choose More actions. - Here, you can print/download any type of invoice. - The system will redirect you to the order detail page in our app. Click on Download to get your invoice. How to Print/ Download invoices from Fordeer? 1. From Fordeer’s order dropdown Steps to follow: - In the Fordeer app, go to Orders on the sidebar menu. - Choose the order by clicking its checkbox. - Click on the **Print/Download **dropdown button. - Select the type of invoice you need and download. 2. Besides, we would like to inform you of an important update regarding the process of downloading invoices from our system. This change is designed to enhance your experience and manage the download process more efficiently. Here's what you need to know: - For orders under 20: When you download invoices for fewer than 20 orders, they will be directly available in your computer's download folder. This immediate download ensures quick access for smaller batches of orders. - For orders above 20: If you're downloading invoices for more than 20 orders, the process is slightly different. In this case, the invoice files will be sent to your email. You can then easily access and download them from your inbox. This method helps manage larger files more effectively and ensures that you receive them without any hassle. Download invoice limitation - The free plan allows you to print or download freely a maximum of 50 times both orders and draft orders monthly. Once you reach the 50th use, you will no longer be able to print or download invoices for the rest of the month. Go to the Orders tab located on the left-hand side of your Dashboard. 2. Select all orders on the page by ticking the box on the left of the Order column. 3. Adjust the number of orders displayed per page based on your needs (e.g., 10/page, 20/page, etc.). 1. After selecting the orders, click on Download Invoice to start the download process. Plans and download limits: - Free & Starter plans: Download up to 10 orders at a time. - Professional plan: Download up to 100 orders at once (using board with 100 orders) - Premium plan: Enjoy unlimited downloads with full features. If you need to download more than 20 orders, the invoices will be sent directly to your email as attachments. How to downloading all orders at once with Fordeer?

Fordeer hello to you, Do you need to download all your Shopify orders in one go? Fordeer, alongside Shopify, allows you to conveniently download all your store orders at once. This guide will show you how to use this feature effectively. This advanced feature is available withPremiumplan. Please upgrade your plan to access it. 1. Please go to Orders section on our app 2. Use the checkboxes to select the orders you want to download. You can also choose Select all 20+ orders if you want all your orders. 1. Click the Download button and choose Download all invoices/orders... 1. Enter the email address where you want to receive the downloadable invoices. You can also add BCC and CC email addresses if necessary. By doing this, you can download all orders on your store at once. Downloading a large number of orders may take some time for our system to process and send the email. Please be patient during this process. Additional options - Fordeer also allows you to filter your orders before downloading. You can use filters based on date range, tags, or other criteria to download a specific subset of your orders. This can be helpful when you only need invoices for a specific period or campaign. => You can download all orders created from 1/4/2024- 1/8/2024 at once and you will receive it via your email. How to set the default language and auto-detect language?

Overview Fordeer Invoice can generate your billing documents in 15+ languages. You can set one default language for all documents, or let the app generate each customer’s documents in their own language automatically. 1. Set the default language 1. In the app, go to Settings → Languages. 2. In Default language, choose the language you want your documents to use. The dropdown shows the full list of supported languages. 3. Click Save. All PDF documents will be generated in this language, unless Auto-detected customer language is turned on. Example: 2. Translate documents into each customer’s language Turn on Auto-detected customer language to generate each customer’s documents in their own language. The app uses the language saved on the customer’s profile in Shopify, the same language Shopify uses for their notification emails. To check or change a customer’s language: 1. In Shopify admin, go to Customers and open the customer. 2. Under Contact information, find Will receive notifications in… Good to know: - Shopify updates a customer’s language based on the language they use at checkout. If a customer places a new order in a different language, all their documents, including those for earlier orders, will be generated in the new language. - If the customer’s language isn’t supported, documents are generated in your default language. 3. Want to change specific wording? Use Adjust translation to edit any text in any language, for example, changing “VAT” to “ABN”. To access the translation setup, click Settings on the sidebar menu, then go to Languages page 1. Then, you can see the Adjust Translation section, click Add button to start editting 1. Select language you want to translate to 2. Edit the content as you want on the Translation column. 1. Always click Save at the end to save all the changes Here is an example for you to understand more. - If your online store sells to business customers in Australia, it is essential that you include the ABN (Australian Business Number) of your store on the invoices. - With our app, you can add the VAT ID to the invoices , not ABN. But you can add ABN to the invoices by changing VAT text to ABN text using Adjust translation feature. Here is how to do it: 1. Select English as a language you want to translate 2. Scroll down to find the text VAT 3. Remove the default text VAT and enter ABN to the Translation column 1. Click Save at the end 2. How to display duties and import taxes on invoices?

Hello from Fordeer, When shipping internationally, your customers may be charged additional duties and import taxes. If you meet the requirements to charge these at checkout through Shopify, you can now display that information directly on your Fordeer invoices. How to enable duties on your invoices? To add the duties field to your invoice template, follow these steps: 1. Open the app and go to the Customization tab. 1. Navigate to the Line items & total section > Select Total column > Find the Show duties feature and switch the toggle to on. 1. Click Save to apply the changes. How duties appear on your invoices? Depending on your Shopify tax settings, duties will display in one of two ways: Case 1: Duties as a separate line item If duties are not included in your product prices, they will appear as a separate line item in the "Total" section of the invoice. On the invoices, duties will be displayed like the image below: Fordeer Invoice: Default order on Shopify: You can edit the Duties & Not included in subtotal label text to match your brand's language by visiting the Adjust translation section in our app. Case 2: Duties included in product price If duties are included in your product prices, the duty amount will be reflected within the subtotal rather than as a separate line. On the invoices, duties will be displayed like the image below: Fordeer Invoice: Default order on Shopify: You can edit the Duties & Duties included in subtotal label text to match your brand's language by visiting the Adjust translation section in our app. All duty and tax information is pulled directly from your Shopify Order data. Fordeer displays this information but does not calculate the amounts. If the duty amounts appear incorrect, please double-check your Shopify tax settings first.
